About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Duzeb product. By using them, you agree to these terms. When you buy, the offer you accept may add details. If the offer and these terms differ, the offer applies.

Our products

• Radar Agent: a free report, and a one-month plan for $300, paid once. What the plan includes is listed on the Radar Agent page.
• AI Executive Assistant: a monthly service. The price is on its page.
• Custom AI systems and automation: priced in a written offer before any work starts.

What we can and cannot promise

AI assistants such as ChatGPT are run by other companies. They decide what their answers say, and they change them often. We show you what they say, explain why, and make changes that are likely to help.

We cannot promise that any AI assistant or search engine will name, rank or recommend your business.

Your approval and your content

• We never change your website, listings or accounts without your approval.
• You decide what goes live, and you are responsible for what you publish.
• The information you give us must be true, and you must have the right to share it.
• We do not write fake reviews or claims that are not true, and we do not write claims your industry’s rules do not allow.

Payment and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars.
• The Radar Agent one-month plan is paid once, before work starts. It is not a subscription.
• Monthly services are paid each month in advance. You can stop at any time; the service then ends at the end of the month you paid for.
• If we have not started the work, you can cancel and get a full refund. Once the work has started, payments are not refunded.

What is yours

Once you have paid, the texts and materials we make for you are yours to use. Our software, report design and methods stay ours. We only name you as a customer, or show your results, with your permission.

Fair use

Do not misuse this website or our products. That includes trying to break into them, trying to see other customers’ information, copying the site in a way that harms it, or using our products for anything illegal.

Limits of our responsibility

We do our work with care. We are not responsible for what AI assistants, search engines, map services or other companies decide or show.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be limited.

Ending

You can stop using our products at any time. We may stop serving a customer who breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders you have already paid for.
