Who we are
Duzeb makes AI products for businesses, including Radar Agent and the AI Executive Assistant. In this policy, “we” means Duzeb.

What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site: your name, email, business name, city and country, website and your message.
- Public information about your business. To make a Radar Agent report we look at public information: your website, public business listings and ratings, and what AI assistants such as ChatGPT say about your business and your competitors.
- Public business contact details. We may find businesses in public sources, such as public maps and business directories, and contact them about a free report. We only use contact details a business has made public. Ask us to stop and we will not contact you again.
- Your orders. What you bought, the changes you approved, your reports, and our messages with you.
- Payments. Payments are handled by a payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website visits. Our server may record basic technical details of each visit (IP address, browser type, page and time) to keep the site working and safe. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
How we use it
- To answer you and make the report you asked for.
- To do the work you approve, and to send you your reports and updates about your order.
- To keep our products safe and working, and to fix problems.
- To meet legal and accounting duties.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
The AI Executive Assistant
The assistant only works with what you send it in WhatsApp: messages, voice notes, photos (for example a business card) and documents. It does not read your phone, your other chats or your files on its own.
What you send is saved on our server, so the assistant can remember it and do your tasks, for example find a contact or remind you of a meeting. We do not use your assistant data for advertising and we do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons on this page. Customer records are kept while you are a customer, and after that only as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- stop contacting you.
Email hello@duzeb.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access, regular updates and backups. No system is perfectly safe. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you.
Children
Our products are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
